The standout feature of my stay at this hotel was the exceptional service provided by Adrina, who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable.

Found great food here, perfect for my picky eating habits. Loved the refreshing drinks by the pool. Convenient location for my work meetings. Room had everything I needed. Enjoyed the free shuttle to explore. Quick jaunt to the beach was a bonus. Even managed to fit in a bit of shopping at the grab-and-go market. Will definitely be back. Grand Mosque nearby was a serene spot. Perfect stay for this globe-trotting planner!

Had an amazing stay near a metro station. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of food. the rooms were clean and comfortable, just like advertised. Would DEFINITELY choose this place again! the spa & wellness center was even more stunning in person than in the photos.

I selected this hotel for attending a forum as it provides a business center and places its guests near the Business Hub, Burj Khalifa. The reception staff were accommodating and the spacious room, along with the availability of WiFi, facilitated my work effectively.

I found it inconvenient that the hotel did not offer room service for business meetings.

When we entered the room there was no electricity and it took forever for maintenance staff to come and fix the issue. I asked for late check out at 2pm placed in system in front of me, still I received several calls at 12 asking me to check out.

The room was so comfy and cozy with a stylish marble floor and a cute seating area, making it feel like a home away from home. It was equipped with a flat-screen TV, a fridge, and an electric kettle, which was super convenient for my stay as a solo traveler.

I found the shower a bit small for my liking. But hey, some people might find it just right!

The staff's currency help made a lasting impression. This place has everything I need - Wi-Fi, 24-hour services, dining, massage, shuttle. Plus, it's wheelchair accessible, pet-free, with AC and non-smoking. It's my go-to for a romantic escape.

The staff were incredibly helpful and efficient, showing a level of dedication similar to that of a high-speed express train. They swiftly handled a minor issue with the room, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable.

The swimming pool was a hit with my baby and the Filipino staff were welcoming. However, the breakfast lacked variety and was noisy. The cleanliness and location were excellent, with attentive staff like Ishaq and Nabin. Facilities like spa, massage, and outdoor pool added to relaxation. Nearby landmarks, like XVA Gallery and Jumeirah Mosque, were perfect for family bonding.

This hotel is located close to the areas we wanted to visit which made transport easier. It's pretty central when exploring and we will definitely use it again. The breakfast had a variety of good choices and the staff constantly replenished the items on the buffet. The gym was great and the room was big and spacious, with a king bed.

We also appreciated the option to purchase tickets for local attractions at the reception and the complimentary shuttle service to La Mer Beach. All in all, a great stay and we would definitely consider coming back on our next trip to Dubai.

We hit up the tour desk and managed to snag tickets for the coolest attractions in Dubai, including an epic desert safari and a visit to the top of the Burj Khalifa! The staff were super friendly and helped us out with everything.

It would be awesome if the hotel had a trendy rooftop bar or a cool nightclub where young people like us could hang out and have some fun at night.

The location of the hotel provides easy access to the metro station and nearby attractions. It's a good central location for exploring without being in the hustle and bustle. The room had clean furniture and the sliding glass door that opened to a balcony area was a nice touch for fresh air. Breakfast was good and there was enough variety for all tastes. The cleaning staff were helpful and friendly.

The drainage system in the bathroom left something to be desired which lead to occasional flooding.

we highly recommend this hotel. The staff, from the cleaner to the manager, was amazing and made us feel welcome from the start. There was always someone available, including the hotel security, to make sure we were taken care of. And the leisure spa & wellness centre with an indoor swimming pool, massage options, and sun terrace were fantastic. The outdoor heated swimming pool and bbq facilities were great for enjoying the beautiful garden area. This place truly exceeded our expectations.
